The Kent Island Outrigger Canoe Club (KIOCC) is dedicated to the great sport of Hawaiian outrigger canoe racing and perpetuating the Hawaiian culture and spirit through outrigger canoeing. Our club is made up of experienced and novice paddlers who work hard to combine an appreciation for family, nature, community, and competitiveness while having tons of fun.
The club is located at the Kent Island Yacht Club in Chester, Maryland. We invite you to join us for a practice paddle during the week or on a weekend. Explore our website or contact us to find out more about KIOCC and how you can get involved.

At Kent Island Outrigger Canoe Club, we love being on the water.
And, as far as we're concerned, nothing beats the rush you get from
getting a really big canoe moving with six paddlers. If you're anything
like us, after your first time out, you'll be hooked. Whether you're
interested in racing, getting fit, or just experiencing a good time on the water, we're where you want to be.
We welcome everyone interested in learning to paddle an outrigger. Coaches and team members introduce you to the basics needed to build skills
